The Company was founded in 1988 with the initial objective of designing Portable test and measuring instruments for testing equipment used in electrical substations. In a short span we developed Automated Test Equipment for manufacturers of Circuit Breakers in the range of 6.6 to 400 kV, and increased the capabilities of our ATE each year.

Over the past ten years, we have developed portable field-testing instruments that have the capability to communicate with computers and over the Internet, to transmit test data and software to analyze the collected data.
