SCOPE T&M Pvt Ltd was founded in January 1988 by three engineers with the objective of design, manufacture and sale of electronic instruments. In a very short time SCOPE created the ability to design electronic testing instruments that could work in the hostile electrical and electro-magnetic environment prevalent in charged sub-stations.

SCOPE worked closely with manufacturers of power equipment like HV and EHV circuit breakers, transformers isolators etc, and with leading companies in the power sector like Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd; Tata Power Company, National Thermal Corporation, Central Power Research Institute, and developed ‘solutions’ to meet their needs for testing equipment used in the power sector. The ability to work in synergy with manufacturers as well as users helped us develop brand new solutions that have set benchmarks in this field of the industry.

The SCOPE Group now has Specialised divisions and associate Companies that work for the power industry, and provide a wide band of products and services:

A mechanical engineer who has specialized in Marketing and has had rich experience in marketing products and services to all customer profiles. Mr Kulkarni is the Chairman of the Company and is responsible for Marketing and the growth of the Company.

A metallurgical engineer, who has had a varied experience in designing electronics for a wide range of applications, and is a specialist at ‘cooking innovative engineering solutions’. Mr Achwal is responsible for product development and inducting new technology into SCOPE’s products.

A mechanical engineer who has worked on projects and manufacturing industry and is responsible for manufacturing and finance.
